Computer based Entrance exams for admissions to DU, boon for many aspirants

With entrance exams to be conducted for admissions to nine UG and PG programs at Delhi University, aspiring students are at an added advantage. Entrance exams provide them a chance to redeem their prospects of getting in pioneer colleges and get a good placement.

Delhi University conducts the computer based test in the month of May-June for courses like Management studies, BBA, BA (Economics), BA Hons (Journalism) among several others. According to the university official, there are around 1600 seats in undergraduate courses in which entrance test are being conducted. Students get bogged down by a fact that these entrance exams will be very difficult which isn’t true. The subject matter of these entrance exams include quantitative techniques, Logical reasoning, Verbal Ability and general awareness with a moderate level of difficulty.

“Depending on the particular courses, some specific questions besides these basic sections are asked as per the requirement. The registrations for these exams begin in April. A student who wants to appear for these exams can start preparing for them after the board exams get over. . For students to capitulate for the entrance exams in DU, we also have a specially designed capsule course for ensuring success.” He added.
