CBSE Board Practical Exam 2025: Verify the Released Guidelines for Teachers and Students

The practical tests for the CBSE 10th and 12th grades in 2025 will take place until February 14. Guidelines for the Class 10 and 12 practical exams have been made public by CBSE and can be seen on the official website, www.cbse.gov.in.

New Delhi: For the 2025 Board exams, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a notification outlining the rules for making sure that the practical exam, internal evaluation, and project assessment are completed on time. The internal assessments and practical exams for the 2024–2025 session are set to begin on January 1, 2025. The purpose of these rules is to guarantee accuracy in procedures and consistency in directions. The dates of the practical examinations are set for January 1, 2025, through February 14, 2025.

The majority of the disciplines in the CBSE’s approved subject-wise curriculum include theory and practical/project/internal assessment. A breakdown of the maximum scores for theory question papers and practical/project/internal assessments is also included in the curriculum.

The purpose of these rules is to guarantee accuracy in procedures and consistency in directions. The dates of the practical examinations are set for January 1, 2025, through February 14, 2025.The main rules for carrying out the projects, practical exams, and internal evaluations for classes 10 and 12 are listed below:

  • The guidelines and practical syllabus for the relevant academic session, which are available on the official website of the CBSE Academic Branch (cbseacademic.nic.in), must be adhered to by the practical exams, projects, and internal evaluations.
  • Within the allotted time frame of January 1, 2025, to February 14, 2025, marks for all practical tests, projects, and internal assessments must be uploaded concurrently with the exams or assessments.
  • Students will be deemed to have used unfair means if they are caught trying to contact or sway examiners in any way, or using any improper strategy to obtain an unfair advantage during tests or assessments. Examiners are required to notify the appropriate Regional Office of such instances as away, including all relevant information, supporting documentation, and witness testimony. A stakeholder’s activity that compromises the validity of the assessment will be deemed an unfair means (UFM) occurrence, and the Board will respond appropriately.
