No paper leaks: CBSE issues stern warning against those who spread rumors

CBSE has rejected recent allegations of paper leaks and cheating during the ongoing 2025 Board exams, asserting that no such incidents have occurred. The Board asserted that these rumors circulating on social media are untrue and deceptive.

The 2025 CBSE board exams, which began on February 15, are encountering difficulties because of false claims circulating on social media. Multiple accounts have shared posts regarding paper leaks and cheating during the exam on Day 1.

People have been found claiming they possess the 2025 exam papers, and these instances have been documented on YouTube, Facebook, and X.

According to the most recent CBSE announcement, all of the claims were deemed false and deceptive. CBSE also guaranteed that the examinations would be conducted freely and fairly, without causing unnecessary panic.

The Board is keeping a close watch on the situation and is taking action against those spreading these false rumours. CBSE is working with the police to find and punish those responsible. Students who are found involved in such activities will face penalties

Parents are asked to tell their children not to believe or share unverified information. CBSE has urged everyone to rely only on official updates from the CBSE website (www.cbse.gov.in) and trusted sources.

To ensure fairness in the exams, the Board has cautioned that individuals disseminating false information will be subject to legal measures.

This year, over 4.2 million students are appearing for the CBSE board examinations. On day one, exams took place at 7,842 centres across India and internationally, adhering to stringent security protocols to guarantee fairness and smooth proceedings.
